Another of those large houses on the other side of the A30 where so much development has taken place its hard to know what is new and what is old!. Woodlands was a building used by the Music department in the latter part of the 70s with the department making use of this building and Wakehurst. The picture is a fairly recent one of a building which seems to be in the same location as in the campus plan and it does have a sign on it to say Woodlands.
